well 16 year old miley cyrus is definately livin up 2 her "slutty" name.. this was a screen shot taken 4rm the teen awards 2009.. i cant believe her parent let her out like this..? asif her skanky dressin n dancin on a strip pole wasnt bad enuf!.. any thoughts???
